PPM+ Mobile Notifications POC (18/09/25)

We’re introducing mobile notifications in the PPM+ app to help you get straight to the information you need. For example, if something important happens with a patient, you’ll get a notification that takes you directly to the right part of their record. It’s all about saving time and helping you stay focused on care.

Patient Record Viewer (Concentric) (18/09/25)

The new Patient Record Viewer widget in PPM+ enables mobile access to clinical documents, supporting the wider rollout of eConsent across the Trust and reducing reliance on desktop apps. Initially, it will display records viewable in the Single Patient Viewer, with some limitations for non-compliant files.

NHS Connect Authentication (18/09/2025)

Soon, you’ll be able to log into PPM+ using your NHS.net email and password. This means fewer login details to manage and a smoother experience. Plus, your contact info will stay up to date automatically, making it easier for colleagues to reach you.

External Diagnosis GP Connect (15/09/25)

The new External Diagnosis widget in PPM+ allows clinicians to import GP diagnoses. At the click of a button, the GP diagnosis can be added to PPM+, reducing the number of queries and increasing visibility through the Diagnosis widget. Leeds Teaching Hospitals may be the first in the UK to display GP Connect conditions within an EHR. The feature is currently in testing and will be deployed across key dashboards to support clinicians at the point of care.
